ART. 1: Constitution. The denominated association: "ZANETTA around the world." is constituted, virtually headquartered in www.zanetta.net.

ART. 2: Nature Of the association. The association is apartitica and without thin of profit.

ART. 3: Purposes and Finality. Purpose of the association is that to approach the ZANETTAs of the whole world. To such end it promotes the name of the ZANETTAs in the world, through initiatives of assistance and beneficence and the diffusion of the culture, of the roots, of the traditions and of the history local.

ART. 4: Partners. Can belong to the association all the descending people as the log ZANETTA. Partners can also stick the kins of the families ZANETTA. The association is free, different disposition excepted of the meeting. The partners are recorded in the list of the affiliate. The adhesion involves for the partner the right of vote in the meeting and to every partner a solo vote it is up to.

ART. 5: Duties of the Partners. The partner with the registration hocks him:
to accept and to observe the norms of the present Statute;  to hold in breast to the association such a behavior to promote serene and friendly relationships.

ART. 6: Loss of the quality of Partner. You quality of partner loses:
- for death;
- for resignations;
- for missed respect of the Art. 5.

ART. 7: Forms of vote of the meeting. The meeting normally votes for raising of hand, or for mail, documented by fit certification application. The meeting deliberates to absolute majority of the presents, and of the received mailses, and calculating the possible actions of delegation.

ART. 8: Assignments of the meeting. The meeting of the partners is the sovereign organ of the association and you/he/she is constituted by all the affiliate to the association.  To the meeting it competes in the ordinary center:
- to elect the Directive Suggestion and the Auditor of the Accounts; every partner can express in these cases up to three preferences;
- to discuss and to approve the annual economic and financial account and to establish the associative quotas;
- to propose initiatives, addresses and general directives of the association.

To the meeting it competes In the extraordinary center:
- to deliberate on the breakup of the association;
- to deliberate on the proposals of change of the Statute;
- to deliberate on the transfer of the center of the association;
- to deliberate on every other matter of extraordinary character submitted to his/her approval by the Directive Suggestion.

ART. 9: Social positions. All the social positions are elective and free, therefore not remunerate.

ART.10: External relationships. The "ZANETTA" association will promote and will support every fit initiative to favor relationships with other Associations having analogous finalities, to create the presuppositions of profits meetings on the human plan and to acquire precious experiences, already patrimony of the other groups.

ART.11: Inside rules. Particular norms of operation and execution of the present statute you/they can eventually be emanated through an inside Rule to elaborate him edited by the Directive Suggestion and that the meeting will approve.

ART.12: Postpone Extra. For how much not anticipated in the present Statute, he makes delay to the general principles of the arrangement juridical Italian and European and particularly to the title II of the Civil Code and to the connected Laws and you recall.
